Opis kierunku

The Master’s programme in Management at the Faculty of Management, University of Gdańsk develops advanced managerial and analytical competences for graduates who want to develop and commercialise products, services and processes that are sustainable by design. The curriculum integrates strategic and innovation management, entrepreneurship, organisation & management and human capital management with business ethics and Business & Sustainability. It strengthens evidence-based decision making through quantitative and qualitative research methods, and builds financial acumen via corporate finance, managerial accounting, investment decisions and capital investment planning. Students learn to identify market trends, risks and opportunities in a global environment and to manage projects and processes effectively. A substantial internship and a structured master seminar pathway support real-world experience and a practice-oriented thesis.
